This course is PACKED with information. You will learn about the language you might hear your providers use throughout your care. You will learn basic information about common interventions that might be offered throughout your pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum period. We teach about the many things that are happening to your body and your baby and how they all come together at each stage to lead up to a successful birth and a healthy baby! If you are like me and want to know as much as possible before you give birth, this course is a MUST HAVE!
