- Acceptance of These Terms — Welcome to Wild Womb. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile app, website, and related services (the Platform). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. You must accept these Terms when you create an account.
- What Wild Womb Is — Wild Womb is a childbirth education and community platform for birthing parents and their partners. It offers short-form educational content from certified providers, stage-based communities, journaling and pregnancy tools, a baby registry, and a marketplace of provider courses. Wild Womb provides education, tools, and community. It is not a medical provider and does not provide medical, health, or professional advice.
- Not Medical Advice — The content on Wild Womb, including videos, courses, tools, articles, and community discussions, is for general educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Wild Womb does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and using the Platform does not create a doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your pregnancy, health, and medical decisions, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something on the Platform. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services right away.
- Eligibility — You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

- Dual Access and Partner Accounts — Wild Womb offers dual access, so a Pro subscription or a course purchase may grant two linked logins, one for the birthing parent and one for a partner. If you invite a partner, you are responsible for who you invite, and shared content becomes visible to that person. Either linked user may manage or end the connection as described on the Platform.
- Subscriptions, Courses, and Billing — Wild Womb offers Basic and Pro user plans, individual course purchases, and physical products. User subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and web-based purchases are billed through our payment provider. Paid plans renew automatically for the term you select until you cancel, and you can cancel through your app store or account as described on the Platform. Prices and plan features are shown before you purchase and may change over time. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Provider Marketplace — Courses on Wild Womb are created by certified providers who are independent professionals. Providers are responsible for the content, quality, accuracy, and credentials behind their courses, and their courses are educational and not medical advice. Wild Womb reviews provider credentials before approval and provides the marketplace, but we are not responsible for the services or content of individual providers, and any professional relationship is between you and the provider.
- Providers and Vendor Terms — If you register as a provider, you agree to provide accurate credentials, keep your certifications current, and follow our provider policies. Provider subscriptions are managed through our web portal, not through the app. You are responsible for the content you publish, and we may review, suspend, or remove provider accounts or content that violate these Terms or our standards.

Net profits are the amounts remaining after costs such as app store fees, payment processing, provider payouts, and operating expenses.
